Agreed: The Audit Committee approved the Internal Audit
Plan for 2009/10.
Year End Management Accounts
The Committee congratulated the Executive Director and the
Finance Team on delivering a good set of draft year end
accounts.
Agreed: The Audit Committee reviewed and considered the
Company’s financial performance for the year ended 31st
March, 2009 in advance of the final audited accounts to be
presented at the board in July 2009.
Review of Risk Register
Following discussion the Committee agreed to delete Risk
number 5.
Agreed: The Audit Committee reviewed and discussed the
Risk Register at Appendix 1 and will make appropriate
recommendations to the next Board meeting.
Date of Next Meeting
The next Audit Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday 14th
July, 2009 at 5.30pm at Cheviot House Board room, Baxter
Avenue.
