The KTA 900 has been designed to incorporate<br />
a machine, a dust extraction unit <strong>and</strong> a portable<br />
work bench into a compact portable unit to<br />
provide maximum operator protection <strong>and</strong> increased<br />
productivity.<br />

The extractor comprises a pocket filter with an<br />
air volume of 900 cubic metres/hour to a high<br />
efficiency even in concentrated dust laden environments.<br />
As an additional safeguard a preseparator<br />
or spark trap is fitted to reduce the risk<br />
of fire from inflammable dust.<br />
Separate adaptor plates are available <strong>for</strong> each<br />
type of <strong>IBS</strong> <strong>Polisys</strong> machine to ensure an airtight<br />
<strong>and</strong> dust free fitting.<br />
The KTA 900 is indispensable when there is a<br />
requirement to move <strong>machines</strong> between different<br />
operations or cells in the production area.<br />
It not only offers a rigid base <strong>for</strong> fixing bench<br />
mounting <strong>machines</strong> but also provides an essential<br />
integral dust extraction system <strong>for</strong> <strong>machines</strong><br />
that have to be relocated frequently.<br />
