The machine is designed especially to cut out<br />
segments of highest accuracy from a blank.<br />
• Up to 9 different program settings from diameter 100-<br />
<strong>1500</strong> mm. Simple input for all kinds of bends, flat oval<br />
bends, angle cuts and insulation fittings. An additional<br />
program makes it easy to recall pre-selected fittings by a<br />
simple code<br />
.• Accurate cutting of segments with high repeatability<br />
due to high-tech servo motors. No burrs, no hardening<br />
of the edge, due to cutting with 4 roller – shears.<br />
1 elbow 200 mm with 4 segments is cutting in 1 path<br />
within 15 seconds.<br />
• The Delta <strong>1500</strong> is the ideal combination machine for a<br />
high production line together with the SPIRO Rollformer,<br />
Stitchwelder and Gorelocker.<br />
