As soon as you enter a room, the ambience has 

a decisive impact on your well-being. 

Primarily the harmonious unity in architecture 

and an optimum lighting concept has a positive 

effect on our mood. Where straight-lined 

geometrics and right angles determine interior 

architecture, square downlights offer an aesthetic 

general view. At the same time they are designed 

for an efficient general lighting. To be able to 

offer you a highly-efficient lighting concept, 

SPITTLER has developed a new generation of 

square modular downlights. Simple assembling 

without the help of any tools as well as ease of 

maintenance are features of this new luminaire 

generation. Further to the application in foyers, 

hallways, sales rooms and exhibition spaces, 

the system is also suitable for application in 

offices. Versatile equipment variants and 

different dimensions offer you the greatest 

possible variability. Most diverse decor attachments 

as creative elements generate individual lighting 

effects. For the application with standardized lighting levels we offer you different constructions. Innovative reflectors 

permit a better light efficiency. The lamp power can be reduced, energy costs can be cut. Square modular downlights 

by SPITTLER guarantee to you creative liberty in planning and application with regard to efficiency.

Modular 

The family of modular downlights by SPITTLER is characterized 

by its high ease of mounting and maintenance. 

This naturally also applies for the new generation of square 

modular downlights. Effortless and by just a few simple touches 

you can put into operation your square modular downlight: 

put in the mounting frame in the ceiling cut and fix it by a 

spring mechanism, fix the reflector, insert the lamp and 

engage the ceiling frame clearly audible with a simple „click“. 

The decors are also mounted without any tools. 

Even a subsequent mounting of decor glasses is uncomplicated 

and can be carried out anytime. 

IP 44 

Optional toughened safety glasses offer the increased 

degree of protection IP44 in dry rooms and closed 

ceiling systems. Special feature: SPITTLER uses an 

innovative procedure. The glass glued-in the blind frame 

is subsequently UV-hardened. The advantage is that 

the glass is securely mounted and residue-free from glue. 

„Click-In“ 

Click-In System 

Just click-in. The system developed by SPITTLER leaves a lot 

of „space“ for subsequent adjustment of the square modular 

downlights to changing rooms.

Reflectors made of MIRO ® segments 

Efficiency and high quality are no contradiction at SPITTLER. 

The application of metalised high-brilliant aluminium 

reflectors of the brand MIRO® is convincing. Reflectors made 

of MIRO ® aluminium are absolutely free of interference colours 

and guarantee the best UV-stability. This especially inures to 

the benefit of the application in shops and exhibition halls. 

The efficient MIRO® surfaces achieve a total reflection of 95%. 

Consequently, the operating efficiency of the downlights is 

increased by up to 20% compared to conventional reflector 

techniques. Positive effect: The lamp power can be reduced 

and at the same time energy can be saved. Thus the square 

modular downlights by SPITTLER are not only easy to maintain, 

but most efficient as well. 

TC-DEL und TC-TEL 

TC-DEL and TC-TEL lamps support the operating efficiency 

by their longer durability and energy efficiency of the square 

modular downlights. In order to offer to you the necessary 

freedom in your choice of variants, we have optimized our 

square modular downlights in their construction method. 

No matter which variant you choose, both of them are 

applicable without any problems. Even the subsequent change 

of TC-DEL to TC-TEL or vice versa is possible at anytime. 

LED for emergency light displays 

The ceiling frame made of aluminium die-cast already 

has a „gadget“ for the insertion of a LED for an optional 

emergency light kit.
