GROWING COACHES WORKSHOPS<br />
Facilitators (teachers, coaches, sports<br />
coordinators) can deliver the coach learning<br />
through interactive classes or workshops<br />
inside or outside the curriculum. The<br />
guidelines for these workshops are on the<br />
<strong>Sport</strong> NZ website. These give facilitators a fully<br />
interactive plan for workshop delivery.<br />
In Workshop One the facilitator can introduce<br />
the <strong>Growing</strong> <strong>Coaches</strong> programme by<br />
describing the components of the programme,<br />
programme resources, programme content<br />
and requirements. This can be done by<br />
photocopying some of the pages from the<br />
<strong>Programme</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> to provide information for<br />
the young coaches, particularly:<br />
