G. Bert Allain, MSW, is the director of a multicounty substance abuse<br />
treatment and prevention program. He has authored four books on children’s<br />
cognitive coping skills and was selected as the 2005 recipient<br />
of the Service Recognition Award by the Louisiana State University<br />
School of Social Work for his work in children’s prevention services.<br />
L. Stewart Barbera Jr., PsyD, MSW, is the Chair of the Counseling<br />
Department at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.<br />
He is the cofounder of the Center for Family Enrichment, Aston,<br />
Pennsylvania, and a member of counseling staff at Life Counseling Services<br />
in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.<br />
Steven K. Bordelon, LCSW, received his MSW from Tulane University,<br />
and an MA in Religious Studies from Loyola University, New Orleans.<br />
He has a private practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.<br />
Amy Carrigan, MSSA, is on the faculty of the Department of Psychology<br />
and Counseling at the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, IN where<br />
she teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses. Her area of expertise<br />
is lifespan development. She is also an adjunct professor of psychology<br />
at Indiana Institute of Technology. Amy is currently pursuing<br />
her Ph.D. at Walden University.<br />
Lili Daoud, LCSW, is a graduate of the University of the Connecticut<br />
School of Social Work and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Christian<br />
Psychology. Lili received training in REBT at the Albert Ellis Institute<br />
in New York and completed the Behavior Therapy Institute’s advanced<br />
training for OCD spectrum disorders. She is the clinical director of the<br />
