PLAINTIFFS’ CROSS MOTION FOR
SUMMARY JUDGMENT
COME NOW Plaintiffs Maria Paula Robledo, Mateo Pinzon, and Zainab Hassan-Norris
(“Plaintiffs”), by and through their counsel, and pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12 and 56 hereby
move for summary judgment.
In further support of their motion Plaintiffs respectfully refer the Court to the attached
Memorandum of Law, which is incorporated by reference.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully request that this Court deny Defendants Motion to
Dismiss and alternative Motion for Summary Judgment, and grant summary judgment in favor of
Plaintiffs.
