VS-2 VIDEO SWITCHING UNIT
The VS-2 video switcher has been designed specifically for the Karaoke DJ. This simple switcher
allows the user to monitor and cue a DVD or CDG disc on deck 1 while the output up to three
separate screens plays from deck 2. The unit incorporates a 12V DC power supply socket to allow
a small TFT to be used for monitoring purposes. The unit is an ideal companion to the 170.628
Citronic CD-1X with built in CDG decoder.

VIDEO SWITCHING
Both the CDM4:2X mixer and the VS-2 switching unit are designed to operate with the
CD-1X dual CD player or similar. The CD-1X features twin CDG video outputs that enable
you to display the graphics from each CD independently.
Two outputs are provided from the video switcher - one for program and the other for
cueing, this allows you to cue up one disc whilst the other is playing and switch between
the two instantly for an uninterupted show.
The VS-2 also incorporates a video splitter enabling upto three "show" monitors to be
connected directly to the unit and also power small LCD cueing monitors directly from
the unit itself without the need for additional external power supplies.
