In case <strong>of</strong> your passing in additional subject(s) or improvement <strong>of</strong> performance in one or more subjects, no<br />

fresh certificate will be issued; you shall be issued only a Marksheet. No Migration Certificate will be<br />

issued to the learners unless they complete their course <strong>of</strong> study.<br />

Note: If any discrepancy in the mark sheet and certificate issued by the NIOS is noticed by the<br />

learner after the declaration <strong>of</strong> result, he/she will have to apply for the same to the concerned Regional<br />

Director within 90 days <strong>of</strong> the declaration <strong>of</strong> result failing which no request will be entertained.<br />

4.6 Certification Criteria<br />

In order to pass in a subject and get a certificate in Secondary/Senior Secondary courses, the criteria laid<br />

down by NIOS are given below:<br />

4.7 Scheme <strong>of</strong> Examinations<br />
