The DCA 3422 is a purpose built subwoofer
amplifier. With the ability to dive two dual 18"
subwoofers at 4Ω delivering 1250 watts per
channel, avoiding the necessity to bridge
amplifiers, saving space and money.

(16.67 m). This small to medium size auditorium example
features three DCA 4-channel amplifiers and the SC-413H
in bi-amplified operation. Add to the performance and
features of this small package by connecting to DCM or BASIS
platforms via QSC’s DataPort.

DCA for Surrounds
The DCA1824 is designed for 2Ω performance, ideal for multiple surround
zones. When loaded down to 2Ω per channel the DCA1824 delivers 1800 watts
total or 450 watts per channel, powering up to sixteen 8Ω surrounds — all this
from a single two RU amplifier. The DCA1222 provides unprecedented 1.6Ω
performance driving 650 watts into five 8Ω surrounds wired in parallel.

bi-amp, tri-amp and quad-amplified screen channel
systems in small to medium size auditoriums.
This provides the precision desired from multi-way
systems while avoiding the confusion associated

QSC DataPort Connectivity
QSC’s pioneering DataPort is more than
a simple HD-15 connection. Each
DataPort contains two channels of
audio to the amplifier, two channels of
voltage (VMON), impedance (IMON),
and clip/protect monitoring. This single
connection also includes remote power
and an on-board 15V DC supply to
power external devices. QSC DataPort
Connectivity has the ability to monitor
and control the functions of the
amplifiers and loudspeakers, not just
making an audio connection.

DCA1644 in an active four-way configuration. With QSC’s
