This birthing simulator is especially designed to demonstrate and practice the palpation<br />
of the birth canal. It shows the relationship between fetal head and ischial spines of the<br />
pelvic bone during birth. A simulated fetal head of the birth simulator can be locked in<br />
three different stations to demonstrate its position above, between and below the ischial<br />
spines. This anatomical birthing model is a great addition to any lesson about the human<br />
birth process. The birthing simulator is delivered with storage case. It is great for any<br />

Fetal Monitoring and Labor Progress Model Set<br />
This versatile model provides a life-like simulation for performance of vaginal<br />
examinations, application of the fetal spiral electrode and intrauterine pressure catheter,<br />
assessing dilation, palpating fetal fontanelles and suture lines, and assessing position of<br />
the vertex. This three-dimensional model includes the fetal head, lower uterine segment,<br />
and cervix made from life-like materials. The fetal model is encased in a durable plastic<br />
case which allows for easy visualization of parts. The fetal head can also be removed to<br />
practice fetal spiral electrode application while visualizing the procedure. All parts are<br />
