Description:<br />
The <strong>STEPHAN</strong> Microcut ® <strong>MCH</strong>-<strong>10</strong>/2 and <strong>MCH</strong>-12/2 is suitable for fine cutting as well<br />
as emulsifying and mixing of food. It combines efficient mixing, fine cutting and<br />
emulsifying in one simple operation with minimum space requirement.<br />
The machine is suitable for a wide range of applications in the food industry, e. g. for<br />
the production of ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, liquid dough or marinades.<br />
The machine is characterised by a high emulsifying and mixing capacity, e. g. 60 l<br />
mayonnaise can to be completely mixed and emulsified in 6 min.<br />
An additional <strong>10</strong> l-funnel permits the addition of liquid products into the oil or water<br />
receptacle. During circulation the product is added until the desired quality is reached.<br />
For emptying the outlet valve is simply opened.<br />
All product contact parts are made from stainless steel or other food safe materials.<br />
The design complies with the latest hygienic guidelines and safety.<br />
