The Building and Grounds
Committee’s role is to ensure
that the College has a safe
working environment, to make
recommendations regarding the
maintenance of physical facilities,
equipment and landscaping and
to ensure these are implemented.
It also contributes to the annual
budgeting process with regard to
properties, safety expenses and
capital proposals. The Committee
comments on general capital
development and reviews and
reports to the Principal on buildings
and grounds issues.
