Beschreibung:<br />
Permanent Magnetspannplatten Typ SPNS<br />
sind eine Sonderbauform der hochgenauen<br />
SPNM. Die Schaltstelle liegt oben und die<br />
Bauhöhe ist auf ein Minimum von 35 mm<br />
reduziert. Sie werden eingesetzt wo eine fl<br />
ache und leichte Bauweise wichtig ist oder<br />
man aus Platzoder Handhabungsgründen<br />
nicht seitlich schalten kann. Die oben liegende<br />
Innensechskant- Schaltnabe ist durch<br />
einen herausnehmbaren Stift gegen<br />
Verschmutzung geschützt. Die geringe<br />
Magnetfeldhöhe verhindert eine<br />
Magnetisierung der Bearbeitungswerkzeuge.<br />
Die Spannplatte wird über einen abnehmbaren<br />
Sechskantschalthebel aktiviert.<br />

Permanent magnetic <strong>clamping</strong> plate type<br />
SPNS are a special type of the higi precision<br />
SPNM. ON-OFF switching from above. The<br />
hight is reduced to a minimum of 35mm. The<br />
chuck is used where a thin and light designe<br />
is important or if the chuck can not be switched<br />
from the side. The low magnetic field<br />
with high induction lines prevents the magnetization<br />
of the machining tools. The <strong>clamping</strong><br />
plate is operated by a removable Allen key.<br />
