Hinweis: Haltekräfte<br />

Die im Kapitel „Magnetisches Spannen“<br />

genannten Haltekräte beziehen sich auf ein<br />

Prüfwerkstück mit 40x40x20 mm und<br />

geschliffener Oberfläche aus ST 37.<br />

Folgende Faktoren verringen die Haltekräfte:<br />

• Schlechte Oberfläche/Luftspalte<br />

• Schlecht magnetisierbare Materialien wie<br />

Guss oder Legierungsstähle<br />

• Vollflächige Belegung der Magnetplatte<br />

(Die Gesamthaltekraft steigt, die<br />

Haltekraft je cm² fällt jedoch)<br />

Note: Holding forces<br />

The underlying holding forces within the<br />

chapter "magnetic <strong>clamping</strong>" refer to workpiece<br />

of 40x40x20 mm and a polished surface<br />

made of ST 37.<br />

The following factors reduce the holding<br />

forces:<br />

• bad surface/air gap<br />

• badly magnetisable materials like cast or<br />

alloy steels<br />

• all-over allocation of the magnet plate<br />

(the entire holding force rises but the holding<br />

force per cm² decreases).<br />
