Beschreibung:<br />
SPMBR Magnetböcke dienen als zusätzliche<br />
Auflage um Vibrationen zu mindern, wenn<br />
das Werkstück über die Magnetspannplatte<br />
hinaussteht oder wenn 2 Magnetspannplatten<br />
in großem Abstand montiert sind. Ebenso<br />
können SPMBR Magnetspannböcke die<br />
3-Punktauflage des Werkstücks außerhalb<br />
der Magnetspannplatte bilden.<br />
Auf einer Seite ist der SPMBR mit einem<br />
kräftigen Permanent-Magnetfuß ausgestattet.<br />
Die andere Seite wird über die massive,<br />
selbsthemmende Trapezspindel auf<br />
Wunschhöhe gebracht. Der SPMBR erlaubt<br />
es, alle für unsere Magnetspannsysteme<br />
benötigten Höhen einzustellen - von 82mm<br />
bis 114mm.<br />
Durch zusätzliche Adapterscheiben, die einfach<br />
auf das System aufgeschraubt werden,<br />
kann die Höhe (H) beliebig verlängert werden.<br />
Description:<br />
SP-RMP magnetic brackets serve as additional<br />
support to reduce vibration when the<br />
workpiece protrudes from the magnetic<br />
chuck or when two magnetic plates are<br />
mounted at a large distance. Likewise<br />
SPMBR magnetic <strong>clamping</strong> blocks can form<br />
the 3-point support of the workpiece outside<br />
the magnetic chuck.<br />
One side of the SPMBR is equipped with a<br />
powerful permanent magnetic base. The<br />
other side is brought to desire height by the<br />
solid, self-locking trapezoidal screw. The<br />
SPMBR allows to set all the ups needed for<br />
our magnetic <strong>clamping</strong> systems - from 82mm<br />
to 114mm.<br />
Through additional adapter discs that are<br />
simply screwed onto the system, the height<br />
can be increased as desired.<br />
