responsibility of the Owner or Owner’s Representative as defined in 1.02.1, 1.02.2 and 1.02.3-Owner’s Responsibility.
I undertake that all of its equipment, as specified in the YA Special Regulations 2009-2013, will remain on the boat
and continue to be in good condition and repair.
