of the Navy JAG Reserve
Corps he was unable to attend
the ceremony since he had been
called up for active duty in
Guantanamo. We wish him a
safe tour of duty.

has been recalled to active duty
in the Navy JAG Corps for one
year beginning in October 2006,
temporarily taking him away
from his position as Assistant
General Counsel at the Library
of Congress in Washington,
D.C. Evelio will be working for
the Department of Defense,
Criminal Investigative Task
Force, and assigned to
prosecute cases under the new
Military Commissions law. He
will return to the Library of
Congress in October 2007.
