INFORMATION REGARDING THE JEAN MONNET SCHOLARSHIP<br />
PROGRAMME WRITTEN EXAM<br />
1. The exam will be held on Sunday 25 March 2012 at TOBB Economy<br />
<strong>and</strong> Technology University Social Affairs Building Söğütözü Street<br />
No:43 Söğütözü 06560 Ankara<br />
2. C<strong>and</strong>idates need to be present at the exam centre at 09:00 a.m.<br />
3. The exam will start at 10:00 a.m. <strong>and</strong> will take three hours (180<br />
minutes). Late arrivals will definitely not be allowed in to take the exam.<br />
Applicants will not be allowed to leave the exam hall within the last 30<br />
minutes of the exam.<br />
4. Use of dictionaries <strong>and</strong> similar assisting material will not be allowed.<br />
5. C<strong>and</strong>idates who are eligible to take the written exam C<strong>and</strong>idates may<br />
be requested to write an essay in the written exam on the European<br />
Union Integration Process <strong>and</strong>/or about the study subject that they have<br />
stated in their application <strong>for</strong>m.<br />
6. Three A4 size special answer sheets will be provided <strong>for</strong> the exam (6<br />
pages both sides). The answer sheets will be distributed in the exam<br />
hall. C<strong>and</strong>idates will not be allowed to use alternative answer sheets.<br />
7. The language of the exam will be in the European Union official<br />
language stated by the applicant in the initial application <strong>and</strong> which the<br />
study will be pursued in.<br />
8. C<strong>and</strong>idates are required to have with them the photographed<br />
Examination Entry Document which clearly demonstrates their identity<br />
(c<strong>and</strong>idates need to print the document at the end of this<br />
announcement, fill in the sections relating to name/surname <strong>and</strong><br />
c<strong>and</strong>idate number <strong>and</strong> bring it to the exam venue with a passport<br />
photograph taken in the last six (6) months).<br />
9. C<strong>and</strong>idates should also have an official identity document with them<br />
(nationality ID, driving licence or passport).<br />
10. Invigilators of the examination may decide that the photograph on the<br />
official identity document has no resemblance to the c<strong>and</strong>idate in which<br />
case they may ask the c<strong>and</strong>idate to provide an alternative identity<br />
document which clearly demonstrates resemblance.<br />
11. Mobile phones <strong>and</strong>/or pagers are not allowed in to the examination hall.<br />
C<strong>and</strong>idates are recommended to leave any mobile phones <strong>and</strong>/or<br />
pagers outside the exam building.<br />
12. C<strong>and</strong>idates are requested to bring with them at least two soft dark black<br />
lead pencils, two ballpoint pens, eraser <strong>and</strong> a pencil sharpener. The<br />
pencils are allowed to be used with the draft papers to be distributed by<br />
