papers used must be attached to the answer sheets <strong>and</strong> h<strong>and</strong>ed over to<br />
the invigilators be<strong>for</strong>e leaving the exam hall.<br />
13. C<strong>and</strong>idates are expected to obey the sitting order indicated by the<br />
invigilators <strong>and</strong> must not talk to each other during the exam.<br />
14. C<strong>and</strong>idates are expected to abide by the rules of the exam <strong>and</strong><br />
warnings of the invigilators.<br />
15. Exams of c<strong>and</strong>idates who do not take the exam or who are unable to<br />
take the exam due to any reason beyond control, who are not allowed to<br />
enter the exam hall or who are expelled from the exam hall will not have<br />
any validity.<br />
16. The exam paper of somebody who is not eligible to take the exam has<br />
no validity.<br />
17. Exam papers will be assessed by a commission. C<strong>and</strong>idates are<br />
recommended to write their exam papers legible <strong>and</strong> clearly to avoid<br />
any error in the reading <strong>and</strong> assessment of the exam papers.<br />
18. Names of c<strong>and</strong>idates who have been successful in the written exam will<br />
be eligible <strong>for</strong> interview. The names of successful c<strong>and</strong>idates will be<br />
announced on the web pages of the Ministry <strong>for</strong> EU Affairs<br />
(www.ab.gov.tr), the Central Finance <strong>and</strong> Contracts Unit<br />

19. Exam results will DEFINITELY not be given on telephone.<br />
20. C<strong>and</strong>idates who are successful in the written exam will be interviewed<br />
(in the <strong>for</strong>eign language stated in their initial application).The interview<br />
dates, interview venue <strong>and</strong> interview times will be announced in the<br />
above stated web pages together with the written exam results. All<br />
