Brazil’s main Oil & Gas industry challenge<br />

Prominp is a Brazilian government programme for<br />

Oil & Gas industry development. It intends to<br />

identify constraints and respective solutions to<br />

improve industry competitiveness.<br />

As an example, in professional education, Prominp<br />

is promoting classes for training people from<br />

certified welding to reliability engineering.<br />

A major challenge for Prominp is to integrate <strong>EPC</strong><br />

chain of contractors, oil companies and universities<br />

in order to improve the whole industry productivity.<br />
