air according to the current edition of the IATA Live Animals Regulations and all applicable
carrier and government regulations. The animal(s) of this consignment is (are) in good
health and condition. If pregnant a Veterinary certificate of fitness for travel accompanies the
consignment.

AIR SEYCHELLES acceptance of this consignment is subject to its general conditions of carriage for cargo.
AIR SEYCHELLES will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from death due to natural
causes, or death or injury of any animal caused by the conduct or acts of the live animals itself or of
other animals, such as biting, goring
or smothering, nor for that caused or contributed to by the conditions, nature or propensities of the
animal. In no event will carrier be liable for death or injury to an animal attendant caused or contributed
to by the condition, conduct or acts of animals.
I/we understand and accept the following:
(i)
I/we agree to indemnify AIR SEYCHELLES its servants and agents for all and any costs,
damages, or delays arising from non observance of all necessary regulations.
(ii)
AIR SEYCHELLES will not be responsible if a consignment or any part thereof is refused entry
into or passage through any country, and in these circumstances it reserves the right to take
whatever action it considers necessary or desirable including the return of the consignment to
the airport of departure which actions shall be subject to the foregoing indemnity.
