completed based on our unique needs as an Area Team<br />

Our achievements as a Team will be included in the Lead<br />

An incentive ( surprise, surprise!) will be awarded in<br />

December 2004 to the function ( engineering, accounting,<br />

taxes, human resources, information, business<br />

development, sales and marketing, Caribbean etc .with the<br />

best utilization ratio per user<br />

A follow up session to be programmed for July 2004 to<br />

measure progress
