Prepared by Lindsey Tilberg, CASSATA DREAM: Individual while chocolate mousse cake with strawberries and a tuile garnish. Prepared by Ashley Orlicki. VELVET RAPTURE: Red velvet cake with a floral design served with crème anglaise. Prepared by Alicia Holod. TRIO OF LOVE: Trio of custard desserts themed around Sweetest Day. Prepared by Kelly Chambers. THE BUCKEYE ROOM RESTAURANT is run by students from the Lorain Co. Joint Vocational High School. Open for lunch by reservation, Tues.-Thurs., 10:15am-12:30pm. The Bakery/Café is open 10:00am-1:00pm. All meals and baked goods are prepared from scratch by the students.
