A LOOK THROUGH TIME: Rich chocolate cake with ganache (as well as our classic vegan,
gluten-free chocolate cake) made fresh with all natural ingredients. A classic tier cake adorned with
fondant, gumpaste, and sugar art to take you through the history of Sweetest Day to how/where it
all began…
PUMPKIN-TURTLE CHEESECAKE: A light, creamy cheesecake with pumpkin and spices
topped with our turtle pecan caramel.
SWEET MELISSA offers a casual, fun and family atmosphere! Menu features fresh, local and
organic ingredients whenever possible in both bakery and menu selections. We also feature our
new gluten free and vegan items. We cater everything from an office lunch to a full scale wine
dinner at your home. We also offer in house catering for showers, rehearsal dinners…you name it!

SWEET & SPICY ROMANCE: Like all love affairs, the relationship goes through stages. It’s how
well you blend those stages that will tell if your love will last the test of time. We have created a
jalapeño cheesecake with a raspberry filling and mojito whip. The sweet and spicy blend perfectly
to give you a balanced relationship.
THE HEART OF LOVE: We are taking a playful take on Sweetest Day. We created a chocolate
raspberry Port Wine cake with a raspberry glaze filling. The heart shaped cake will be made to look
like a box of chocolates. Yes, I have made the chocolates to put in the box as well! It will contain a
variety of everyone’s favorites.
TWISTED TREATS is not your cookie cutter bakery! Some of our specialties include tornado’s,
s’mores, brownies, chocolate covered bacon, Oreo cake, etc. We have created everything from a
small birthday cake to a 5 foot tall giraffe cake! Our “playful” bakery is open Tuesday-Friday
7am-7pm; Saturday 7am-4pm; Sunday, deliveries only.
