March 25 th until 27 th – 2008.<br />
Dear Sir/Madam,<br />
We are pleased to invite your club to participate in our Under 10 International 2008 Tournament for players<br />
born in 1998 or later to be held in Riga (Latvia).<br />
The Tournament is to be held from April 25 th until April 27 th – 2008.<br />
Friday the games commences at approx. 09.00 hours and on Sunday the award presentation is planned at approx<br />
17.30 hours.<br />
Tournament will be finished that day around 18.00 hours.<br />
There will be taking part 12 teams from several European Countries.<br />
Every team will play at least 8 games. All games will be of 2 periods x 15 minutes (running time).<br />
A team excists to a maximum of 22 players (including goalie’s) unless otherwise agreed with the organising<br />
committee.<br />

We work on a “first come – first served” basis to avoid long waiting times in receiving a reply.<br />

The application is binding. Teams who will not be among the participants will get their EUR 300.00 back.<br />
Participation fee:<br />
When your team has been accepted a tournament fee of EUR 425.00 per team will be charged together (plus)<br />
with a charge of EUR 17.00 for each player/coach. The balance of the fee (Euro 425.00 minus Euro 300.00<br />
plus players fee of Euro 17.00 per person) will be called in for in February 2008.<br />
All players and coaches will receive 3 (warm) meals (daily lunch).
Players, coaches, parents and relatives takes care of their own lodging. If you need any assistance for<br />
accommodation, please contact us. We have blocked a number of rooms in local hotels and youth hostels<br />
especially for the tournament.<br />
Also we will be able to arrange your local transportation. If you need any assistance, please let us know.<br />
We request you to reply by completing the enclosed booking form. We work on a “first come – first served”<br />
basis, so reply to us soon.<br />
The 1 st closing date for entry is November 30 th – 2007.<br />
Confirmation of acceptance to the tournament will follow not later than December 31 st – 2007.<br />
Schedules and plans for the tournament will be worked out when the application date has been expired and all<br />
fees are paid and will be sent to participating clubs at least 21 days before the Tournament begins.<br />
