How to Qualify for an <strong>Army</strong> <strong>ROTC</strong> Scholarship<br />

Checklist for Scholarship Eligibility<br />

U.S. citizen<br />

less than age 31 the year of commissioning<br />

current GPA of at least 2.5<br />

high school diploma or equivalent<br />

920 or higher on the SAT (math/verbal) or 19 on the ACT (minus writing scores)<br />

Meet physical standards<br />

Agree to accept a commission and serve in the <strong>Army</strong> on Active duty or in a Reserve Component (<strong>Army</strong> Reserve or<br />

<strong>Army</strong> National Guard)<br />

Sarah Beard - $2,000<br />

Congratulations to Sarah Beard, TCU <strong>Army</strong> <strong>ROTC</strong> Cadet. Sarah won the top award of<br />

$2,000 for the Civilian Marksmanship Program Scholarship. She was the #1 Scholarship<br />

Winner out of 109 applications that were submitted.<br />

Anne Cenney - $2,000<br />

Congratulations to Ann Cenney, TCU <strong>Army</strong> <strong>ROTC</strong> Cadet. Ann won the top award of<br />

$2,000 for the local Loan Star Scholarship Program.<br />

Jonathan Sheehan - $1,000<br />

The LTG Timothy J. Maude Foundation Scholarship encourages and rewards outstanding<br />

and deserving students in the <strong>ROTC</strong> program that have separated the service under the<br />

Green to Gold Program.
