Announcement of Graduation Date for Class 2013
Graduation will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013, at 7 p.m. at Cintas
Center of Xavier University for the Sycamore High School Class of 2013.
Contract with Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services
Mrs. Adamec moved, seconded by Mr. Richter to approve a contract with
Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services for mandated
assessments/evaluations for children under the age of 3 effective July 2012
through June 2013. The total cost is $9,093. No increase from last year.

Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services for Summer
Programming
Mr. Richter moved, seconded by Mrs. Staubach to approve a contract with
Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services for summer
programming for extended school year services for students with
disabilities being served on an IEP effective 7/10/12 – 8/9/12.
