Well now on on to to another topic, as as many of of you have been following my<br />
personal journey with depression. I have received several emails from you<br />
and appreciate every one of of them. I I have started a a new treatment which<br />
is is supposed to to have a a 95% success rate in in helping treat depression that<br />
does not respond to to medication. I I have also been reading a a book that was<br />
suggested to to me by by one of of the readers of of LIVE Magazine. The book is is called<br />
“Feeling Good” by Dr. David Burns. So far it is a wonderful book and I plan to<br />
finish it it as as I I read a a little each day.<br />

of of depression. Society tends to to think that someone that is is depressed is is<br />
just lazy and lays in in bed all all the time. If If you sit sit down and talk to to anyone with<br />
depression you will learn that every action throughout the day is is a a struggle<br />
as as you have to to really talk yourself in in to to getting up up each morning and get<br />
your day started. Help is is available and if if you know someone dealing with<br />
depression know that they have a a lot lot to to overcome and a a simple phone call<br />
