Connecting To The Phone Line - You will find, on the left side of the <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Stone</strong> (as<br />

you look at the face of the unit), a 2 port RJ-11 telephone line receptacle. One port is labeled<br />

“LINE”. Take the supplied modular telephone line cord and plug one end into the “LINE”<br />

port. Plug the other end into the telephone wall jack. The <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Stone</strong> is now connected to<br />

the phone line.<br />

connect any “telephone”<br />

equipment (fax machine,<br />

modem, PC fax/modem card,<br />

telephone, answering<br />

machine, etc.) through The<br />

<strong>Power</strong> <strong>Stone</strong> to the phone<br />

line. When an inbound call “rings” in to your location, The <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Stone</strong> will pass the ring<br />

voltage through to the equipment connected to the port labeled “DEVICE”. When vou are<br />

readv to program The <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Stone</strong> on site. vou will be required to plug a touchtone phone<br />

into the port labeled “DEVICE”.<br />
