CUSTOM BRAIDED BRAKE LINE KITS
Dress your bike for maximum custom impact and performance.
Harley-Davidson offers a choice of three braided brake
line finishes, and two different design configurations, to match
your customizing needs. All brake lines meet or exceed all DOT
requirements.
A. DIAMONDBACK BRAIDED BRAKE LINES
The signature Harley-Davidson exclusive Diamondback
braid provides a splash of chrome to your custom bike.
Diamondback Brake Lines feature highly polished chrome
fittings and a micro-fine wire braiding that perfectly match
the weave pattern on Diamondback Braided Control Cables.
Available in “Modular” and “1-Piece” brake line configurations.

B. DIAMOND-BLACK BRAIDED BRAKE LINES
Introducing new Diamond-Black Braided Brake Lines. Unlike
others, Diamond-Black braided brake lines utilize a black
braided wire providing a deeper, truer, black finish, while
still allowing you to see the premium braided appearance
from a distance. Available in “Modular” and “1-Piece” brake
line configurations.

C. STAINLESS STEEL BRAIDED BRAKE LINES
Get the traditional custom look of stainless steel, by upgrading
your Original Equipment black brake lines to braided stainless
steel. Smooth, consistent stainless steel braiding and polished
chrome fittings provide for a fit and finish second to none.
Available in “1-Piece” brake line configurations.
BRAKE LINE CONFIGURATIONS
Braided brake lines are available in two designs:
1-Piece and Modular lines.
“1-Piece” Brake Lines
Feature continuous brake lines that are specific to a stock
length, and/or to a specific accessory handlebar application.
“1-Piece” Brake Lines come in both single disc and dual disc
configurations. “1-Piece” Brake Lines have pre-assembled/
crimped banjo fittings for easy installation and to ensure the
correct fit for the specific application.
Modular Brake Lines
Feature a 2-piece design that provides maximum versatility for
both stock and alternate (plus) length brake line applications.
Modular Brake Lines come in single and dual disc configurations
and require a separate purchase of both a lower and
an upper brake line for installation. The common lower line is
shared with specific models, while the variable length upper
lines work with models depending on single disc (Dyna/Softail,
except FXDF) or dual disc (Touring/FXDF) application. Upper
brake lines come completely assembled in lengths up to +10"
over the stock configuration and can be ordered with 0°, 35°,
and 90° banjo angles to accommodate almost any handlebar
configuration. A single JIC connection at the lower triple tree
fastens the lines together and automatically orients the banjo
fittings to ensure proper installation.
