<strong>Paris</strong> ... a stunning analog record player !<br />
Designing an analog record player is no simple task …<br />
re-designing the <strong>Paris</strong> after developping the 30th anniversary of the Delphi MK VI<br />
was an extremely challenging venture !<br />
The complexity of this exercise lies in the ability to integrate simplicity and accuracy.<br />
A record player is a mechanical device capable of delivering an outstanding performance<br />
level only “IF” each and every of its components and mechanisms interact<br />
as a system in total harmony.<br />
The <strong>Paris</strong> turntable has been designed with all the above clearly and very well understood !<br />
Although very different from the Delphi, the <strong>Paris</strong> meets in every aspects<br />
all the critical issues we had to address with the MK VI.<br />

o Fiberglass rod semi floating suspension system, Sorbothane decoupling<br />
o Two piece acrylic / aluminum platter system<br />

The <strong>Paris</strong> has been very elegantly dressed in a low reasonnance medium density fiber to maximize<br />
the vibration rejection. The suspension system design has been developped to reproduce<br />
a similar result than the MK VI Micro Vibration Sabilizer System.<br />
The <strong>Paris</strong> is a very unique and high performance player that will deliver a truly outstanding act,<br />
... a life like and totally involving analog music reproduction !<br />

The <strong>Paris</strong> tone arm has been manufactuerd by Project and it has been improved by <strong>Oracle</strong> !<br />
The system uses a gimbal bearing design. The tone arm tube is made of carbon fiber for<br />
optimal rigidity and minimal reasonance.<br />
<strong>Oracle</strong> Audio cleaverly implemented the Micro Vibration Stabiliser System developped for the<br />
Delphi MK VI to the <strong>Paris</strong> tone arm. The system consist of a Silicone damping bath and<br />
a precision plunger fitted to the tone arm tube.<br />
The system allows a precise calibration of the arm damping thus allowing an optimal elimination<br />
of unwanted reasonances within the arm. This also allows a wider use of different phono cartridges.<br />
The end result is a significantly improved performance level,<br />
an increased accuracy to retrieve more information<br />
from the record grooves. This will all translate<br />
in a very substantial improvement<br />
of the sound quality !<br />
The <strong>Paris</strong> phono cartridge is the result<br />
of a collaboration with a brilliant phono<br />
cartridge manufacturer and the design talent<br />
of the <strong>Oracle</strong> Audio team. The machining of the cartridge<br />
body from 6160T7 Magnesium Aluminum alloy is done at the<br />
Sherbrooke Canada factory. This is also the case for the final assembly and testing.<br />
The <strong>Paris</strong> phono cartridge delivers a stunning level<br />
