<strong>The</strong> <strong>Victorinox</strong> <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> <strong>Points</strong> <strong>Program…in</strong> a Nutshell<br />

<strong>The</strong> Premise:<br />

• Associates sell our product and earn points to be redeemed for prizes.<br />

• Associates may participate manually or via the internet at<br />

www.vicincentives.com<br />

Enrollment:<br />

All submissions should be faxed to 888-882-8127 (Attn: Sue) or mailed to:<br />

Associates register online to enroll. <strong>The</strong>y download, complete and submit<br />

their W-9 Form. In addition, to the knife, five bonus points will be<br />

deposited into the associate’s account upon online registration.<br />

OR<br />

Associates complete and submit a <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> Registration Form<br />

along with a W-9 form.<br />

• A W-9 Form must be on file before any redemption may be fulfilled.<br />

o <strong>The</strong> W-9 form only needs to be submitted once.<br />

• A welcome letter and knife will be sent to every associate upon<br />

enrollment.<br />

<strong>Points</strong>:<br />

All of our <strong>Victorinox</strong> Travel Gear and Accessories items have been assigned a<br />

weighted point value.<br />

1 Point items include: Lifestyle Accessories, toiletry kits and backpacks.<br />

2 Point items include: Tourbach, NXT (excluding toiletry kits), Werks<br />

Traveler, Architecture and E-Motion.<br />

• <strong>Points</strong> are not transferable between associates.<br />

• <strong>Points</strong> are ongoing and have no set expiration date (unless specified in advance)<br />

• Gifts with purchase, promotional items and/or giveaways are not applicable.<br />

• Only <strong>Victorinox</strong> Travel Gear and Accessories count toward points. No knives,<br />

watches or apparel.<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Victorinox</strong> <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> <strong>Points</strong> <strong>Program…in</strong> a Nutshell<br />

Tracking:<br />

<strong>The</strong> associates log their points onto the MY POINTS BANK section of the<br />

website.<br />

• Once the desired amount of points has been achieved, the associate<br />

prints out the points log, has a manager sign the sheet and then submits<br />

to <strong>TRG</strong> for verification. Once verified, the points will be available to spend<br />

on the website.<br />

OR<br />

<strong>The</strong> associates track their sales on the <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> Tracking Sheet – Point<br />

Program.<br />

• Once the desired amount of points has been achieved, the associate has<br />

a manager sign the sheet(s) and then submits the tracking sheet(s), along<br />

with a <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> Point Redemption Form, to request a prize.<br />

• Duplicate receipts are only needed when transaction numbers are not<br />

recorded on the <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> Tracking Sheet.<br />

• All submissions must be signed by a manager.<br />

Rewards:<br />

Associates may shop online in the PRIZE CATALOG section of the website.<br />

Reward selections will be automatically sent to our fulfillment center and points<br />

will be automatically deducted.<br />

OR<br />

Associates may select rewards from the Swiss Banc – Passbook to Rewards<br />

poster. <strong>The</strong> poster is divided into levels corresponding with the amount of points<br />

needed to receive that level’s prizes.<br />

To make a redemption request, the associate must complete and submit a<br />

<strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> Point Redemption Form along with their tracking sheets.<br />

• <strong>TRG</strong> Merchandise is priced according to the retail sale price on the<br />

“Dealer’s Price List”.<br />

o In store sales or discounts are not reflected.<br />

• Two or more levels may be combined to achieve maximum point potential.<br />

• Allow three weeks for delivery.<br />

All paperwork and information pertaining to the <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> Program is available on<br />

the extranet at www.trggroup.net.<br />

All promotional events (i.e. double points) should be recorded on the <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong><br />

Promotional Event Detail Form and submitted to Sue Vinyard PRIOR to the event.<br />
