DEALER PROGRAM
ALLIANCE PROGRAM
WHAT IS THE ALLIANCE PROGRAM?
A dealer based program which will allow Victorinox ® to
provide a comprehensive program of selling and support tools to
drive the Tourbach business
WHY HAVE WE CREATED THIS PROGRAM?
• To ensure that Tourbach is consistently represented with the
level of quality and support that the product deserves and the
price points demand
• To necessitate model stock and presentation standards critical to
making this collection successful
HOW WILL YOU BENEFIT FROM BEING
AN ALLIANCE PARTNER?
• First to receive Tourbach
• Alliance partners receive priority allocation on Special Edition
Red Tourbach (10/15 launch) and all subsequent Tourbach
line extensions
• 180 day terms on opening order and all replenishment orders
shipped through 12/31/2007
• Increased credit limit adjustment for those accounts that qualify
(see your National Account Manager for details)
• Tourbach launch window program
• Tourbach consumer email blasts available to send to your
customer base
MODEL STOCK REQUIREMENTS
• Tourbach Platform Sign with consumer brochures
• Sales Associates are eligible to participate in an enhanced
Victorinox ® Sales Incentive Program to earn Tourbach Luxury
Points (4 points per piece sold on all SKUs through 12/31/06)
• “Learning Labs” will be held in stores by National Account
Managers and Field Coordinators to thoroughly train Sales
Associates on the technicalities of Tourbach
• National Account Managers and Field Coordinators will staff
in-store customer preview events to launch collection
• Benefit from enhanced consumer awareness as Tourbach will
be supported through the Swiss Army Brands Fall/Holiday
National Ad Campaign and all subsequent ad campaigns
• Take advantage of enhanced consumer awareness gained from
special Tourbach PR events held this Summer
WHAT DOES TRG GROUP EXPECT
FROM ALLIANCE PARTNERS?
• Write and maintain minimum model stock requirements
according to A and B doors as listed below
• Must carry 8 out of 10 of the launch SKUs in the models
outlined above for an 8/25 launch
• Encouraged to pick up appropriate SKUs on the 10/15 launch
of extensions, based on success with first 10 styles
• Front and forward real estate guarantee for the first 90 days on
the selling floor as well as premiere placement beyond 90 days

TRAVEL LUXURY CARE
(TLC) PROGRAM
WHAT IS THE TRAVEL LUXURY CARE PROGRAM?
A custom designed program targeted at Tourbach consumers that
is focused on saving time, ease of use and an orientation towards
luxury service
WHY HAVE WE CREATED THIS PROGRAM?
Target Tourbach consumer leads a busy, sophisticated lifestyle
and values the “Service Element” in every aspect of
their purchases
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?
Tourbach VIP Customer Service Line
Exclusive phone line for program members provides access to
specially trained Customer Service Representatives with extensive
knowledge about the collection
Easy Program Registration
Consumers can register for this program three easy ways: by mail,
online or via telephone
TLC Program Number
All bags in the collection include a Swiss Tracker number which will
be registered under one TLC Program Number for easier tracking
Members will be mailed a wallet sized card containing their TLC
Program Number and VIP Customer Service number for quick and
easy access
Victorinox ® will track member contact information and bag ownership
by using TLC Program Number
“First to Know” Email Program
Members will receive correspondence regarding new product
introductions and special offers from Victorinox ® Travel Gear
Exclusive Carry With Confidence Plus Guarantee
This product features an exclusive guarantee, which includes
coverage for common carrier damage and a temporary replacement
bag while warranty eligible repairs are made.
Every Tourbach product is guaranteed to be free from
manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the
life of the bag. The Carry With Confidence Plus Guarantee
also covers repairs of a functional nature if the damage is
caused from abuse or mishandling by a common carrier. If
necessary, we will provide a bag to you in an expedited
manner for use until your bag can be repaired or replaced.
This guarantee does not cover the contents of your bag or
damage from ordinary wear and tear. As with any travel gear
product, component parts, particularly moving parts, will
show wear over time, and eventually may need to be
refurbished or replaced. If such wear and tear occurs, we can
provide you with generous options for repairing or
