It's just a Tesla 6L6-GC with two extra pins.<br />
I can't think of any apps where 6L6-GC<br />
wouldn't work just as well as 7027.<br />

made, when people refer to 7027 they are almost<br />
invariably talking about the later version, even if<br />
if they don't mention the "A".<br />
At any rate, IMHO, the 7027 was YARCAMS<br />
"Yet Another RCA Marketing Scam"<br />
and basically a big waste of time & cause<br />
for lots of unnecessary confusion<br />
amongst consumers, to no-one's benefit but RCA's..<br />
