We have an experience of more than 25 years in trading of
various kinds of oil a nd chemica ls. With a practical
experience of ma nufacturing and installing distilling units,
oil a nd chemicals theoretical and pra ctical knowledge, we
diversified into manufacturing of pyrolysis plants 5 years
ago. We grew by leaps each year. We have manufactured

Welcome to Balaji technologies. Balaji
technologies was established in 2007 with a
view to promote an eco- friendly idea of
business that would yield an interesting
amount of revenues using waste like plastic
and tires.
Through the years Balaji technologies have
gained a very good reputation in the market.
We have manufactured and installed over 20
plants all over India and the numbers are yet
increasing. We manufacture and install
pyrolysis plants all over India and will soon
be expanding our clientele to Dubai and near
by countries. Orders are in progress.
At Balaji we have a team of hard working

good quality pyrolysis plants to maximize

Since the inception of our company we have
brought about various changes to the existing
category of pyrolysis plants. Unlike many
other manufacturers who still continue to
produce old style of plants or similar to those
of Chinese plants our company has gone way
beyond the traditional methods.
We differentiate ourselves on basis of high
quality of material that is used during the
manufacturing of plant components. We do
not use any Chinese machinery or
components.
Most manufacturers install Chinese reactors
in order to cut down on costs that start to
create problem soon enough. This perhaps is
the reason we use only superior quality
material in the manufacturing of plants to
increase its performance and longevity.
We noticed how our clients found it difficult
to burn wood for heating the reactor specially
when wood logs they ordered came wet or
even a little moist. How smoke and then ash
it left behind became a problem.
Perhaps we replaced the traditional burning
of wood with a small oil furnace. This not
only solved the smoke & ash problem around
the plant but you save 100% cost incurred on
buying wood while the furnace uses only a
very small amount of oil to heat the reactor.
Unlike many other pyrolysis plants we
modified our cooling towers to increase the
efficiency of our plants thus by increasing the
output of oil by another 2- 2.5%.
Parts as small as nut and bolts are tempered
and quality checked to minimize errors and
maximize output making sure that your
plants run absolute smooth.
We have perfected our technology to the
extent that you can stand next to your reactor
and talk over phone. There is no noise
pollution.
We provide round the year service. We will
provide you with spare parts or any thing you
need in less than 24 hours or less depending
on the location of your plant.

12 TON WASTE TIRE
PYROLYSIS PLANT
Most manufactures offers installation of 5 ton and 10 ton
plants. However, we never recommend our clients to set
up pyrolysis plants at such small capacity. The main
reason for this is that neither they prove to be economical
nor profitable. Full process time required for a 5-ton or
10-ton plant to produce one batch in 24-27 hours while a
12-ton plant produces one batch in 30 hours. At almost
similar capacity, same process and same number of
components it is absolutely a waste to invest in such small
plants. Perhaps, we manufacture 12 ton or higher capacity
pyrolysis plants and recommend the same to our clients
for maximum efficiency from these plants.
To fill a 12-ton reactor if you feed in uncut tires you may
not be able to feed more then 10 ton of tire. But if you
feed cut tires then in the same cycle time you get more
fuel per batch. The idea is to improve the output. We can
also arrange a regular supply of Indian and imported tires.
Before handing over the plant we will run the plant for
two smooth batches of oil in front of you for satisfaction.
We also have customized machineries to fasten and ease
your steps. We always provide information to our clients.

Pyrolysis of waste tires is a
simple process where tires are
fed into a reactor according to
the size of the reactor in
batches. The reactor is then
heated in the absence of
oxygen at a temperature of
about 430 degree where a
thermo-chemical reaction takes
place.
During this thermo- chemical
process the molecular structure
of the rubber simply breaks
down resulting in the formation
of vapors that pass through a
condenser and are simply
condensed into liquid fuel.
This liquid fuel is
automatically collected into a
storage tank and forms 40% to
45% of the total output forming
the primary product.
In the end carbon black and
steel wire are left in the
reactor that are removed from
the reactor through machines.
You can also choose to remove
wire before feeding the tires in
the reactor through a wiresnatching
machine. Fresh
wire sells at a high price.
There is no pollution. All the
carbon is zipped into bags and
steel wires are pressed & sold.

PYROLYSIS PRODUCT DETAILS OF A
12-TON PLANT
Carbon black is left in the reactor at the end of the process tha t is collected and zipped
into the bags automatically with the help of a small machine. This forms
30% to 35% percent of the total output. The collection of carbon black
does not require more tha n one man supervising the collection and
zipping process. Carbon from the reactor is removed in a n efficient
manner to the extent that there is no carbon pollution on the site.
Steel wire that is also left in the reactor at the end is magnetically removed. Wire forms 10-
15% of the tota l output. However, we ca n a rra nge a wire-snatching machine that is used to
pull the wire out from the tires right before the tires are fed into the
reactor. Most clients opt for the wire-snatching machine because if the
wire is removed from the tires before the pyrolysis, it is sold at a very high
price in the market as compared to the price at which it is sold a fter the
pyrolysis. It is easily sellable in the loca l ma rket.
OTHER GASES
Apart from the primary a nd secondary products obta ined from the pyrolysis of tires about
8% of other ga ses are a lso produced those are non – condensable. If you choose to set-up
more than one pyrolysis plants then we set them up in a ma nner where these gases are
directed into the second reactor for another thermo-chemical rea ction to take place without
any external heating required. This saves on costs involved with heating the rea ctor.
