Enjoy stories, sing songs, create special crafts, and make new friends. Parents or caregivers must accompany child in the library during story time. Seating is limited; call the library to register at (708) 448-1530. Due to Spring break, Story Time will not meet the week of April 2 nd . NEW PROGRAM! See-n-Do Learning Circle 4-5 year olds Thursday, 6:30 pm -7:00 pm March 14 th – May 2 nd Children will learn basic educational concepts through games, activities, and stories in this new interactive program. After School Bingo Thursday, 4:30 pm April 25 th and May 30 th Join friends for an hour of games and prizes. For children ages five and up. No registration necessary. Earth Day Everyday Saturday, April 13 th , 11:00 am Children and their families are invited to discover the beauty and the beast in all creatures, to learn about recycling and how to care for the environment from education specialist and naturalist Jim Walser in this entertaining Earth Day program. Springtime Garden Craft Saturday, April 27 th , 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Ages 5 and up Create a fairy, gnome, or elf and decorate a special house for the magical garden creatures. Through storytelling and historical performance, author William Pack will bring to life one of America’s greatest showmen on earth!
