Water Protection Fund
Fund Description
This account receives a pass-through from 107-G91
to be used for the administration and support of water
protection projects throughout the State.
Fund Justification
This fund was created to provide revenue for water
quality protection projects and practices which
protect the states surface and groundwater resources
from point and non-point sources of contamination.
Water Protection Fund resources will provide administrative,
operations, and personnel support for the
projects and funds for management and structural
measures to address identified water quality prob-
