Group Acupuncture: 90 minutes, $40 per session, registration required – Join a group to experience the benefits of acupuncture for pain.<br />

Intro to Nia: 45 minutes, $10 per class – A gentle movement, no-impact class that is ideal for everyone. Move in bare feet to inspiring modern<br />

music and get a cardio workout at the same time.<br />

Intro to Yoga Pilates Fusion: 45 minutes, $10 per class – This class features yoga and Pilates techniques to build strength and increase<br />

flexibility.<br />

Meditation: 45 minutes, $10 per class – Learn breathing techniques and meditative practices that will reduce stress, lower blood pressure and<br />

improve one’s energy level.<br />

Pilates: 45 minutes, $10 per class – A gentle form of exercise, using breath and movement to connect the body and the mind. This class<br />

strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, circulation and balance.<br />

Restorative Yoga: 45 minutes, $10 per class – Gentle movement classes that relieve muscle tension, chronic pain, illness and injury.<br />

T’ai Chi: 45 minutes, $10 per class – A series of meditative movements that improve balance, flexibility and circulation; lower blood pressure<br />

and strengthen muscles.<br />

Yoga: 45 minutes, $10 per class – A gentle form of breathing and stretching exercise that enhances relaxation, lowers blood pressure, heart<br />

rate and stress.<br />

Zumba: 45 minutes, $5 per class – This dynamic fitness program uses Latin fusion music to create a fun movement/dance class for everyone.<br />

New Series Classes or Special Events<br />

Children’s Stress Series: Fridays, September 9, 16 and 23, 4:30-5:30pm, $50 for all three classes. Three-week stress management series just<br />

for children, featuring yoga, nutritional tips and on-the-spot stress management techniques.<br />

Cooking Class with Whole Foods: Wednesday, September 14, 5:30pm, $10 registration required<br />

Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help: Wednesday, September 14, noon-1:30pm, $10 per class, registration required. Learn acupressure points that reduce<br />

stress and improve overall health issues.<br />

Women’s Heart Program Support Group: 1 hour, free, registration required. A support group addressing the special concerns and needs of<br />

women as they create lifestyle changes.<br />

Lecture – “Eating for More Energy”: Tuesday, September 27, 6:30pm, $10, with Lori Katz, registered dietician<br />
