TU campus. The couple
resides in Tulsa.
Stephen M. Wong (BSBA
’01) has been upgraded
to captain as a contract
corporate pilot in the Dallas/
Ft. Worth area.
J.P. (BSBA ’99) and Amy Patten Stockton
(BS ’00) welcomed their second Hurricane fan
to the family. Liam Chase was born Aug. 10.
Big sister, Kylie, turned 2 on Jan. 8.
Rebecca Fennel Moreland
(BA ’00) and husband,
Andrew (BS ’99), had their
first baby, a boy, in May.
They are already planning for
him to attend TU. The couple
resides in Edmond.
Ronnie D. Driscoll (BA ’02),
has been promoted from
national service officer of the
Disabled American Veterans
to national appeals officer.
Ronnie represents claimants
before the Board of Veterans
Appeals of the Department
of Veterans Affairs in
Washington, D.C. He resides
in Martinsburg, W.V., with his
wife, Kelly.
Christopher Cone (BSBA
’02) and Sarah Keller (BA ’04)
were married on Nov. 5 in St.
Louis. TU alumni in the wedding
party were bridesmaid Adrienne
Tuck (BA ’04), groomsmen Daniel
Townsend (BSBA ’02), current
student Nathan Keller, and usher
Stephen Harrington (BSBA ’02).
Other TU alumni were guests at the
wedding. The couple honeymooned
in Kona, Hawaii, before returning
home to Webster Groves, Mo., with
their cat, Rudy, and
new puggle puppy,
Louie.
Michael Flavin
(BS ’02) and
Rachel Wuerflein
(BSBA ’04) were
engaged in
March
Jackie Loney (JD ’06) and Jennifer Hover White (BA ’01, JD ’05) are
pictured at a school they helped build for girls in Fayoum, Egypt. The school
was built using funds that Jennifer and Jackie, along with the TU Women’s
Law Caucus, raised through the popular campus-wide Egyptian Bag Bazaar.
Plans are underway for another sale to help fund a second school. Jennifer
and Jackie attended the school’s official opening in Egypt and toured similar
schools being built for girls. Additionally, Jennifer has accepted a position as
associate attorney with the Tulsa firm Eldridge Cooper Steichen & Leach.
2005 and will be married in St. Louis
in July. Both reside in St. Louis.
Rachel works at Rubin Brown, a
public accounting firm, as a CPA.
Michael is a graphic designer at Adler
Visual Systems, Inc. Additionally,
Michael founded a company called
MRM Realty LC with Rachel and
other investors, which is a real estate
investment and management company.
Kara Godbehere Goodwin (BA ’02)
passed the July Colorado Bar Exam
and was admitted to the Bar of the
State of Colorado on Oct. 27. She
is employed with the Law Offices
of Timothy R. Buchanan, P.C. in
Arvada, Colo., a firm that primarily
practices water and property law.
Melissa Holderby (BA ’02), after
graduating from the University of
Oklahoma College of Law in 2005,
accepted a position with the law firm
of Brewster & DeAngelis, P.L.L.C.
in Tulsa.
Andrea Myers (BA ’02),
founding chair of Tulsa’s Young
Professionals, was presented with
the prestigious Chairman’s Award
on Jan. 17 by the Tulsa Metro
Chamber. The award is presented
to a deserving individual who has
shown outstanding commitment
and unselfish dedication to a
project or program that could
bring substantial long-term benefits
to the community. Andrea was
instrumental in establishing the
leadership team, advisory council
and work crews for TYPros while
growing the membership to more
than 1,400. Andrea also serves
on the Board of Directors for the
Tulsa Chapter of the TU Alumni
Association. She was also selected
to the Achievers Under 40 Class
by the Journal Record and received
the Young Professional of the Year
award presented by the PR Society
of America, Tulsa Chapter. She is
account director for Rex Public
Relations, L.L.C.
