Empanelment of Firms for Furniture manufacturing,<br />

electrical & LAN Cabling works.<br />

<strong>Uttar</strong> <strong>Bihar</strong> <strong>Gramin</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> is in process of empanelling for Furniture manufacturer for interior<br />

furnishing and repair work, Electrical and Cabling Works in the Offices and <strong>Bank</strong> Branches.<br />

01. Application forms are invited for empanelment of experienced, reputed and competent<br />

Firms engaged in Furniture manufacturing, Designing, Electrical and LAN Cabling<br />

works.<br />

02. Furniture manufacturer and Designing works and firms doing the Cabling Works shall<br />

apply for empanelment in prescribed format, which can be downloaded from the bank’s<br />

website: www.ubgb.in<br />

03. The eligibility criteria shall be as under.<br />

a) The Firm should have minimum three years experience in the respective field and<br />

should have designed and manufactured the furnitures of Private /Public Sector<br />

bank/Regional Rural <strong>Bank</strong>s.<br />

b) The Firms should have PAN and VAT Nos.<br />

04. The applicant should enclosed draft (non-refundable) for Rs.500/ in favour of <strong>Uttar</strong> <strong>Bihar</strong><br />

<strong>Gramin</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> and payable at Muzaffarpur.<br />

05. The <strong>Bank</strong> reserved the rights to accept or reject any or all applications.<br />

06. Completed document shall be submitted upto the last date given in advertisement, during<br />

office hours to the office of : -<br />

Guidelines for submission of application form for<br />

empanelment of firms for manufacturing furniture /electrical & LAN<br />

Cabling work.<br />

01. Application form for empanelment shall be submitted in sealed envelope<br />

super scribing ‘Application for empanelment as ……………………………<br />

02. The Application shall be submitted strictly in the format as mentioned<br />

alongwith the supporting documents.<br />

03. The ability and competence of the applicant to render required services<br />

within the specified time frame will be a major factor while deciding the<br />

empanelment of the Firm.<br />

04. The applicant should ensure that the application is hand delivered at the<br />

given address within prescribed date and time as mentioned in the<br />

advertisement.<br />

05. Application containing false and/or incomplete information is liable for<br />

rejection.<br />

06. The applicant should enclosed draft ( non-refundable) for Rs.500/-(Five<br />

Hundred) only payable to <strong>Uttar</strong> <strong>Bihar</strong> <strong>Gramin</strong> <strong>Bank</strong>.<br />

07. The <strong>Bank</strong> reserves right to accept or reject any or all the application.<br />

08. The applicant should attach copy of PAN & VAT duly signed on it.<br />

09. The applicant should attach copy of registration with Industry Department.<br />

10. The applicant should attach copy of work orders of other organization<br />

completed by him.<br />
