Purpose:<br />
• To provide training, technical assistance,<br />
in<strong>for</strong>mation dissemination and technology<br />
transfer to CBOs, <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Department</strong>s,<br />
and CPGs to strengthen HIV prevention<br />
<strong>for</strong> racial/ethnic minority populations and<br />
subpopulations at high risk <strong>for</strong> HIV.<br />

developed materials, tools and best practices.<br />
• Technical <strong>Assistance</strong>: CBAs provide<br />
culturally relevant programmatic, scientific,<br />
and technical mentoring/coaching and<br />
support. CBAs can facilitate the delivery of<br />
peer to peer TA.<br />

TA and tasks are carried out by the<br />
recipient. CBAs can facilitate the delivery<br />
