If you encounter any dangers in the Fitness Center,<br />
or a machine that is not working properly, please<br />
notify the Fitness Attendant.<br />
Be aware <strong>of</strong> others and your surroundings.<br />
Always return equipment once you are finished<br />
using it.<br />
No open toed shoes are allowed in the Fitness<br />
Center. Athletic, closed toed shoes only.<br />
Drink water before, during, and after exercise in<br />
order to avoid dehydration.<br />
If you are feeling ill, lightheaded, short <strong>of</strong> breath,<br />
are experiencing extreme pain, or injure yourself,<br />
discontinue activity immediately and alert a<br />
Fitness Center supervisor.<br />
Never hold your breath, or lock your joints while<br />
lifting.
