column. A score of 1 is signaling a pairwise victory <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> country in <strong>the</strong> row over <strong>the</strong><br />

country in <strong>the</strong> column. If happens a draw, both, row and columns of <strong>the</strong> pairwise in <strong>the</strong><br />

matrix will get a score of 1.<br />

Here we showed an excerpt of <strong>the</strong> adjacency matrix of <strong>the</strong> Condocert Method.<br />

To calculate <strong>the</strong> Copeland <strong>Ranking</strong> it is necessary to compare each cell with its diagonal<br />

opposite. For each country in <strong>the</strong> row we do a subtraction between <strong>the</strong> sum of its pairwise<br />

victories (number of “1" in <strong>the</strong> row) and <strong>the</strong> sum of its losses (number of \1" in <strong>the</strong> column).<br />

These results are computed and a Copeland <strong>Ranking</strong> is established.<br />

In Table 18 we show <strong>the</strong> results of <strong>the</strong> method proposed in this work and o<strong>the</strong>rs types of<br />

rankings.
