In summary, all elements of a DoD information system IA program shall be developed, implemented, and maintained through the DoD IA C&A process. The DoD IA C&A process shall be the mechanism for negotiating IA requirements and capabilities between DoD information systems and their supporting enclaves. Information Assurance Managers shall integrate DoD information system IA programs with the DoD Component IA program by tracking and reporting management review items. 47 ENCLOSURE 3
