• give recognition to your club referees:<br />

(ii) Give them particular attention in respect of match tickets<br />
(iii) Assist them when they need medical attention<br />
(vi) Acknowledge their contribution at AGM<br />
• encourage members of your club of sound judgment and genuine commitment to take up refereeing, particularly<br />
players and nominate them to the County Referees Administration Committee for the referees Foundation<br />
Course. Encourage pupils attending Second level Schools in your area to take an interest in refereeing<br />
