was a food processing consultant to the Cassava Enterprises Development Project in the International
Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Ibadan, Nigeria (between January 2006 and December 2007). Also, I have
been involved in EU/INCODEV sponsored Cassava SMEs project (2003-2007).

poverty in Nigeria and contribute to the realization of the millennium development goals. This activity runs
throughout the year as often as the need arises and goes alongside my other activities such as data collation,
cleansing, analysis and interpretation.
iv. Consultant (Processing and Analysis of Cassava and cassava Products), Micronutrient project,
International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Ibadan, Nigeria, Aug. 2004 – Sept. 2004. Job Description:
Development of new food products from cassava, analysis of the nutritional composition of cassava roots
