31 Armenia: the Red Data Book of Armenia was published in 1987, but Lesser White-fronted Goose was first documented later that year and so is not listed.
However, because the species is extremely rare in the country and classified as globally threatened by IUCN, it does not appear on the list of birds that may be
hunted. Its future inclusion in the Red Data Book of Armenia is anticipated.
