Thank you for considering <strong>University</strong> <strong>House</strong> as your<br />
<strong>Wedding</strong> Reception venue.<br />
Please find below a list of necessary information that<br />
will assist you and <strong>University</strong> <strong>House</strong> with the planning<br />
of your special day.<br />
<strong>The</strong> <strong>Wedding</strong> Ceremony<br />
Our sunny courtyard and/or lounge is available for a<br />
small fee for your wedding ceremony – please let us<br />
know as soon as possible if required.<br />
<strong>University</strong> <strong>House</strong> can also assist with enquiries relating<br />
the following university college chapels.<br />
• Trinity College<br />
• Ormond College<br />
• Newman College<br />
• Whitley College<br />
Selecting Your Menu<br />
Your final menu selections will be required no later<br />
than two weeks prior to your <strong>Wedding</strong> Reception.<br />
Our Functions Manager is available to meet with you<br />
to discuss your individual requirements in greater<br />
detail and provide advice where necessary.<br />
Menu and Wine Tastings<br />
Menu sampling and wine tastings are available on<br />
request. (sit down menu only)<br />
Beverages<br />
Wines included in the packages are <strong>University</strong><br />
<strong>House</strong> wines.<br />
Wine and beer upgrades are available at an extra<br />
cost. Full liquor service including spirits is also<br />
available upon request.<br />
Special dietary requirements<br />
Please let us know when confirming your menu if you<br />
require any special catering.<br />
We suggest you ask your guests when they RSVP.<br />
Table Linen, Chair Covers and Sashes<br />
Our <strong>Wedding</strong> <strong>Package</strong> includes white underlays, linen<br />
tablecloths and napkins. Ivory linen may also be<br />
arranged at an additional charge of $4.00 per person.<br />
Chair covers and coloured sashes may also be arranged<br />
at a nominal fee to compliment your colour theme.<br />
Please note that we require at least three weeks<br />
notice to arrange special linen requirements.<br />
Meals for Non Guests<br />
<strong>The</strong>se need to be included in your numbers.<br />
A special discounted rate for bands and<br />
photographers is applicable.<br />
