Progressive Action Council PAC President Lillian Davis and residents at Campus The Progressive Action Council Executive Board 0 3 During the last year, CMHA has worked closer than ever before with one of its most dedicated partners, the Progressive Action Council (PAC). Formed over 22 years ago, PAC is recognized by CMHA and its Board as the official resident organization representing all who live at CMHA properties. Under the leadership of Lillian Davis, who was reelected President for a third consecutive term, PAC carried out its core activities: sharing information between the Housing Authority and residents, advocating on behalf of families and individuals, collaborating on safety issues with the CMHA Police Department, and cultivating and training resident leaders from all properties. Concurrently, PAC provided unprecedented support as CMHA worked to conclude major new construction of Legacy Park at Outhwaite Homes and modernization of the long abandoned Woodhill Community Center. Working side-by-side with CMHA staff, the delegates of PAC, who represent their neighbors throughout Cuyahoga County, were invaluable as the Authority transformed its urban landscape and directly enriched the lives of those who live there.
